Ingredients to make brownie with almond flour

  • 1/4 cup or 2 oz almond flour
  • 1/4 cup or 2 oz olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 70 % cocoa dark chocolate bar
  • 1 tablespoon coffee -Optional-
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Stevia (according to your taste)

How to make brownie with almond flour in a few steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C – 320°F
  2. Melt chocolate in a water bath and add olive oil and the egg
  3. Add stevia, coffee, baking powder, and salt
  4. Stir until all the ingredients are well mixed
  5. Finally, add almond flour
  6. Grease a baking pan
  7. Bake for 30 minutes
